Uses: used in aerospace, petroleum, chemical and other industries.

Inconel Mesh
Inconel Mesh

Inconel alloy is a nickel-chromium-iron-based solid-solution strengthened alloy, which has good corrosion and oxidation resistance, excellent cold and hot processing and welding performance, and can be used at 700°C
The following have satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity.

Hafnium Mesh
Hafnium Mesh

Chemical symbol Hf, silvery white luster, melting point 2233°C, boiling point 4603°C, density 13.2 g/cm3, Mohs hardness: 5.5.      High temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, incompatible with water, dilute acid or strong alkali, easily soluble in aqua regia and hydrofluoric acid.
Hafnium mesh is divided into: 1. Hafnium wire woven mesh 2. Hafnium expanded mesh

Brass Mesh
Brass Mesh

It has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Brass mesh has excellent tensile strength, bending force, wear resistance and tensile strength. The brass mesh has proper tensile and extensibility, and the mesh habit is the number of threads per inch. The smaller the mesh number, the larger the mesh, the better the water filtration performance.

Tantalum Mesh
Tantalum Mesh

Tantalum mesh is mostly used for filtration in strong acid and strong alkali environment, filtration in high temperature environment, traumatic repair of human muscles in medicine, and electrodes in electronic instruments.

Silver Mesh
Silver Mesh

It has good flexibility and ductility, and is the metal with the best electrical and thermal conductivity. Uses: battery electrodes, fine chemical electrodes, biopharmaceutical electrodes, etc.

phosphor Mesh
phosphor Mesh

Non-magnetic, wear-resistant, acid and alkali resistant, good ductility. Screen various particles, powders, china clay, glass, porcelain prints, filter liquids, gases.

Niobium Mesh
Niobium Mesh

Off-white metal, melting point 2468°C, boiling point 4742°C, density: 8.57 g/cm3, Mohs hardness: 6. Niobium is a rare metal with a high melting point. It does not interact with inorganic acids or alkalis. It is also insoluble in aqua regia and soluble in hydrofluoric acid. Its acid corrosion resistance is worse than that of zirconium, but not as good as that of tantalum.

Nickel Mesh
Nickel Mesh

Nickel mesh is mainly used for screening in acid and alkali environment, gas, liquid filtration and other media separation.
Among them, there are five methods of woven nickel mesh: plain weave, twill weave, plain Dutch weave, twill Dutch weave, and reverse Dutch weave. The specification of nickel mesh is 1 mesh – 330 mesh.

Electromagnetic Barrier Mesh
Electromagnetic Barrier Mesh

Copper mesh is also called shielding mesh because of the characteristics of copper wire itself: non-magnetic, wear-resistant, and filter electron beams. Generally, some confidential areas and rooms will use copper mesh to make shielding rooms or directly touch the copper mesh in the wall with cement. to have a shielding effect.

Duplex Steel Mesh
Duplex Steel Mesh

In the duplex stainless steel, the ferrite phase and the austenite phase account for about half of the solid solution structure, and the content of the general minor phase also needs to reach 30%. In the case of low C content, the Cr content is 18%~28%, and the Ni content is 3%~10%. Some steels also contain alloying elements such as Mo, Cu, Nb, Ti, and N.
Uses: duplex stainless steel wire mesh has heat resistance, acid resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature filter screen, corrosion resistance screen, acid and alkali resistance screen, special alloy wire screen, filter screen, used in acid oil and gas well production , it has high strength, good impact toughness and good overall and local stress corrosion resistance.

hastelloy mesh
Hastelloy Mesh

Because of its excellent high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance in the weld affected zone, good long-term thermal stability and machinability, the Hastelloy Mesh  is used in harsh industrial environments such as agricultural chemicals, nuclear facilities, and biopharmaceuticals. application. In the medium of wet oxygen, sulfurous acid, acetic acid, formic acid and strong oxidizing salt, it also has excellent corrosion resistance, uniform corrosion resistance and intergranular corrosion resistance, so it is also widely used in the chemical industry. The electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity are much lower than those of low-carbon steel, while the resistivity and expansion rate are much higher than those of low-carbon steel.

Titanium Mesh
Titanium mesh

Due to the difficulty in drawing titanium wire, only 0.1mm can be achieved in China, the elongation of titanium wire is low, the strength is high, the elasticity is large, and the flexibility is low. The specification of titanium mesh is mesh 1- 100. It can be used in high temperature resistant filter screen, shipbuilding, military manufacturing, chemical filter screen, mechanical filter element, electromagnetic shielding screen, seawater desalination filter screen, high temperature electric furnace heat treatment support screen, petroleum filter screen, food processing, pharmaceutical filtration, and other industries.
