Normally we can provide samples for free. If it is a customized product, we will charge the cost. It will be deducted when the official order is made.

Our working time is: 8:00 AM-16:00 PM,  from Monday to Saturday. Please contact us during this time.

1. Production based on samples;
2. Conventional products, provide specific specifications for production;
3. If there are drawings, produce accordingly;
4. For special customization, make samples first, and then mass produce after express delivery confirmation.

First we guarantee quality inspection before delivery. If the goods do have quality problems, we will give discounts, or re-produce and ship for free.

If we have stocks, the lead time is 3-5 days. If customized, it depends on the situation, generally 10-15 days. If the time is too long, we will explain in advance, so as not to cause inconvenience to buyers due to delivery time.

According to the customer’s requirements on the transportation time, you can choose express delivery, air transportation or sea transportation.

We can provide DHL, EMS, TNT, FEDEX, UPS, etc. If you have special requirements, we can cooperate with the consultation price. We have our own courier company, the price is cheap and the service is in place, which can be used for reference.

The most commonly used payment method is: T/T 30% in advance, and left 70% T/T after the bill of lading. L/C at sight.
For old customers who have cooperated for a long time, we can accept flexible payment methods, such as T/T after shipment.
