Sterling owns more than 60 single-station CNC punching machines. They can process the punching of various types of plates with a thickness from 0.5mm to 10mm. And the production capacity is about 10,000 meters per day. The gantry punching workshop has 8 high-speed and low-speed punching equipment, which can perform roll-to-roll and roll-to-sheet processing of raw materials with a width of less than 1500mm. Daily output reaches 15,000 square meters.
We have 3 CNC shearing machines and 5 bending machines with a processing width of 4 meters. There are also two 200-ton four-column hydraulic presses, which can carry out cutting, bending, rolling and other processes of various materials.
We have passed ISO2000 and SGS certification, we export to all over the world, and our products are widely recognized.
Usually we do sight letter of credit, FOB, CFR and other payment terms. For the old customers who have cooperated for a long time, we can also accept payment several days after delivery. Our payment methods are flexible.
