FORMING FABRIC
Four-shed series single-layer fabric is suitable for making cultural paper, printing paper and packaging paper.

Dryer Fabric

Flat wire dryer fabric is used for multi-cylinder paper machine, the first 3 groups of paper drying, high-grade paper.

Spiral Belt
Sterling’s spiral belts are made of:
100% PET,
Hydrolysis resistant PET,
and 100% PPS.
PET dryer fabrics are for normal paper machine conditions, whereas the PPS reinforced dryer fabrics are for hydrolysis-prone positions where high steam pressures are used.


Spiral Flat Belt
It is specially designed and produced for high quality cultural paper, containerboard, whiteboard and other paper types. Air permeability selection range: CFM100-900.
Spiral Belt with Stuffers
The spiral press filter is to add the filler wire(round or flat) into the spiral ring to reduce the air permeability and reduce the material loss on the mesh surface.

Polyester Plain Woven Belt

The sludge Dewatering belt is a kind of press filter belt. It is designed for solid-liquid separation, especially sludge dehydration in the sewage treatment industry.
Use special stainless-steel seams, compared to conventional hook seams, blades and sludge distributors can glide over the seam area far more easily, and the special seam is stronger, more durable and possesses better running properties. Furthermore, the risk of damage to the seams is reduced to a minimum, the seam area is closed more tightly and product penetration is reduced.
